Charming villa with a large garden and a mediterranean design. You can enjoy an ideal place for holidays with your family and friends.
This house is located six hundred meters from the beach. You will be able to enjoy a fenced plot of 1200 m2 with a wide grass area, plants and trees. It will provide you a relaxing enviroment.
There´s a covered terrace wich is perfect for outside dinning, a barbecue in the garden, and a private pool with a large solarium terrace.
The layout of the villa is as follows:
GROUND FLOOR.
Entrance hall wich leads to the ground floor, and provides access to the upstairs floor.
Full equiped kitchen.
Large and cosy lounge-dinning room with TV.
A glass terrace and another outdoor terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

The villa is into a country estate of 8000m2 where the owners cultivate a nice iris garden wich gives name to the villa “JARDÍN DE IRIS”.
If you choose to come during the midle of April and the midle of May, you will see the impresive bloom. Some pictures have been uploaded.

La entrega y recogida de llaves se realiza en mano en el mismo alojamiento. Durante la estancia estamos disponibles en todo momento para atender cualquier necesidad que pueda surgir.
El precio del alquiler incluye la limpieza y mantenimiento diario de la piscina, es por ello que a primeras horas del día haremos acto de presencia con total discreción.
La villa está situada en el Camino la Volta aproximadamente a 3 kms del centro, en una zona muy tranquila alejada del tráfico, entre el Gran Hotel Peñiscola y el camping La Volta
La distancia al paseo marítimo y a la playa es de 600 metros. La playa es de arena fina, con accesos, duchas y todos los servicios.
Para llegar al centro es recomendable hacer uso del coche. Hay posibilidad de coger el autobús, el último autobús de vuelta durante los meses de verano sale de Peñíscola a la 1:00 de la madrugada. La parada más próxima a la villa está a 600 metros en el paseo marítimo.
Para realizar la compra recomendamos supermercado Mercadona a 2 kms en la Carretera vieja Benicarló-Peñiscola. En temporada alta abre los domingos por la mañana.
